Have a Question, or need help?

If you need help while using QuoteCloud, there is online support available.  Follow these steps to raise a support ticket.

From the Sales Quote Dashboard, click on the menu Guide Me, then select the option Email Support (as shown below).

Type your question in the message box, and if required invite our support team to access your QuoteCloud account.

Please note,  our support team cannot access your QuoteCloud account unless you grant access.  It is often easier and quicker for our support team to answer your question if they can access your configuration settings and see your sales quotes.

Your support request will be queued and allocated to the next available support consultant.
