QuoteCloud makes it super easy to prepare a truely accurate sales forecast. QuoteCloud comes with a sales forecast tool that simply could not be easier to use.
To access the sales forecast area click on the "Forecast" menu tab towards the top left corner of the dashboard:
You will see the list of proposals available, only those in a Creating, Sent or Needs Action will be visible (others states shouldn't be in a forecast as they are accepted or lost). Simply allocate each proposal to the month you think the sale will close in, and optionally use the slider bar to set your confidence factor, job done!
As you set the closing months QuoteCloud will automagically put the proposal into that month allowing you to clearly see when projects are going to close across the forthcoming months and what each ones confidence factor is.
