The template library is a shared resource with all your colleagues, when you save a template everyone gets to see/use it and vice versa.

So if you find yourself creating similar proposals over and over, or one which you think could be reused by you or your colleagues, save it as a template!

To create a template and add into your library follow these simple steps:

  1. Create a new proposal as normal, add all the appropriate content/products and click save.
  2. On the dashboard, click the dropdown arrow next to the Edit button revealing a sub-menu, select Save as template.
  3. Click Save and you've created your first template.

 Each template is given a name and a description (to example when this template might be best used perhaps).

Managing your Template Library couldn't be easier. On the User Dashboard screen in the Content Libraries menu select Templates.
