QuoteCloud is designed to automate as much layout & presentation of sales proposals as possible. When you first start with QuoteCloud your default setup may need some slight adjustment for it to perfectly fit your organisation style.  The main controls for look & feel of sales proposals are in the Edit Styles contoller.

When using tables in a text content block in the Proposal Editor, the prensentation of the table when displayed in a sales proposals is carefully controlled by QuoteCloud.  This format control occurs for a number of reasons:

1. to prevent a Sales Consultant creating badly presented (ugly!) tables.
2. to ensure that tables are converted PDF format properly.

QuoteCloud offers a range of pre formatted table layouts, the default layout is selected in the Edit Styles controller.  When a Sales Consultant inserts a table ths will be the table format that is used unless the Sales Consultant overrides the default in the Table Properties function of the Proposal Editor.

To access the Edit Styles feature, go to the User Dashboard, click on the Configuration menu button and select Edit Styles.

You will see a popup window (as shown below).

Click on the Table Styles tab.

Choose the default table style by clicking the radio button next to the corresponding style name.
