The pricing quoted is subject to change based on exact measurements obtained during the site visit, and is valid for 30 days after submission.

  • Preparation of subfloor, including leveling and installing carpet pads if needed, for a total of 2,500 square feet.
  • Carpet installation for 500 square feet.
  • Tile installation and grouting for 1,500 square feet.
  • Hardwood flooring installation for 1,000 square feet.

Please note that the following tasks are not included in the project:

  • Removal of the previous flooring. Any necessary demolition or removal must be completed prior to the start of our installation experts.
  • Asbestos abatement. It is important to check if the previous flooring contains asbestos and arrange for a trained team to safely remove the affected flooring.

In the event of unforeseen or unexpected issues that arise once the project has started, the client will be responsible for covering all related costs. These issues may include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, unsafe or illegal conditions, regulatory or inspection requirements, as well as rot or mold. Please be advised that remediation of these unexpected issues may result in a modification to the projected completion date for the project.

Terms And Conditions

This proposal shall take precedence over any verbal discussions or plans unless amended in writing. While materials, equipment, and methods may differ from the provided notes, they will always meet or surpass the building codes. The responsibility of handling any unforeseen issues such as insect damage, rot, or mold lies with the building owner.

 

Our company guarantees all work completed for X years. Should you notice any shortcomings or defects within that time, we will make the necessary repairs free of charge.
